Yes you can. Things like myspace bulletins about Hana, going to Hana shows, buying her albums, referring a friend, requesting Need on your local station, rating Hana on Stereofame, posting media, promoting Hana in your town, etc. can ALL be completed more than once. You just need to provide substantial proof (via screen cap/pictures) that you've completed it again.

Can you get points for the free signed copy of Hana's L.I.T.S EP if you have pre-ordered This Way and already got a copy of that EP. I doubt it but I was just wondering.

Sure. Since you've supported Hana by pre-ordering it early, you can definitely get points for receiving the LITS EP. Consider it a bonus for supporting her early on.
